As a property manager specialising in short lets (Airbnb type stays), I am often asked the same question by potential hosts – "Who will stay in my property?" It could also be asked as "Why do people stay in this area?", "What sort of guest will my... by Pass the Keys - Kingston & Richmond | Kingston and Richmond | Kingston & Richmond | 09 Jul 2026   As a property manager specialising in short lets (Airbnb type stays), I am often asked the same question by potential hosts – "Who will stay in my property?" It could also be asked as "Why do people stay in this area?", "What sort of guest will my property attract?’"or "Will there be enough demand in this area, since it is not a holiday destination?" It's one of the first conversations I have with anyone considering [Airbnb management in Kingston & Richmond](https://www.passthekeys.com/en/greater-london/kingston-richmond-airbnb-management/?hsLang=en). My answer is that there as many reasons for visiting as there are visits, from new Grandparents visiting for a month to spend time with their new Grandchild, to professionals coming to work or attend an event in the area.  Both Richmond and Kingston are home to many national and international companies and have a vibrant business community. Both of these iconic locations feature a raft of events and festivals over the summer months, from Kew The Music, to the Hampton Court Flower show, to open-air theatre performances.
