What drew you to partnering with Pass the Keys?

I was initially drawn to the short-let market opportunity when we redeveloped our own place and started renting it out on Airbnb as opposed to a longer let. It was a learning curve but we were quickly and consistently making more than we would have earned through a long-let agency. However, it’s a very hands-on way of making money and sucked up a lot of our time. Like most landlords, we also have other commitments, projects, jobs and family to fit into our 24 hours each day. So we passed the keys to… you’ve guessed it, Pass the Keys, to manage the property for us. It’s very simple. With Pass The Keys, we make more money with less hassle. In my previous working life, I spent 25 years developing companies focused on partnership, service excellence and great IT. So I immediately recognised these attributes at Pass the Keys. The efficient hassle-free service and results that we’ve enjoyed as hosts from Pass the Keys have been excellent - they do what it says on the tin.
