Meet Phil & Donna
We are Phil Gates & Donna McCormick Smith. We have been partners for twenty years and have spent the past eight years living in Manchester. We have two young boys aged five and three. For us, it’s about finding the right properties to manage to create a unique selection of great places to stay. By adding the finer details, we aim to make each and every stay unique, and that’s how we plan to stand out and maximise returns for our hosts. It’s a brilliant opportunity for us.

Alex is the owner of Pass the Keys North Manchester. “I have lived and worked in and around the City of Manchester my whole life and have an extensive knowledge of the area. I have a background in Sales, Key Account Management and Business Development before joining Pass The Keys”. Lilya, his mum and business partner, has her own successful photography franchise and a passion for interior trends. With their combined business experience, as well as motivation and dedication, they look forward to delivering a first-class service and building a successful property management portfolio.
