Meet Hamish
Hi, I’m Hamish, owner of Pass the Keys Warwickshire. I’m passionate about the area where I live, having moved away from London a good few years ago. The beauty of the rolling hills in the North Cotswolds and the history that is plain to see in the ancient towns of Warwick and Stratford upon Avon is amazing, along with the buzzing regency nightlife in Leamington Spa. After years of travelling and working abroad in places such as France, Australia, and the Far East it’s great to settle back into the lush green landscapes of England and enjoy some peace and calm. I was introduced to the short-term management capabilities of property through my own renovation work on a couple of my own projects and now I’m keen to share the secrets of my success with other property owners that want increased revenue and more flexibility to use their property whenever they wish. I look forward to continuing to grow Pass the Keys in Warwickshire and offering more spectacular places for anyone to visit, unwind and stay. Due to the size of our property portfolio and the consistent quality of our service, Pass the Keys® was invited to become an official Airbnb co-host in 2018. This exclusive status provided Pass the Keys with a key account manager and direct integration with their systems so that we could dynamically update pricing, report on guest behavior and other key metrics. We have retained our advantages as a valued partner even though Airbnb has now withdrawn the program (2022).
