Our fees are typically 20% plus VAT, but we make sure to be completely transparent at all times with our holiday let management. Please arrange a call with your local expert to get a bespoke quote. You can find more information on our Pricing page.

Absolutely, it’s your home at the end of the day, and you can set your own availability windows and blocked periods directly in the Client Portal to reserve dates for yourself, family, or friends.

We post your short-term let listing on our website as well as all major booking platforms, including Airbnb and Booking.com. This means we can maximise your bookings and your revenue through multiple channels.

A locally based short-let management company can help you optimise your pricing strategy, optimise your listing and provide local recommendations to ensure you get the best income possible. We’ll also ensure you get a high occupancy rate by advertising your property on various sites like Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and others.

When you use our holiday let management services, you’re able to access all of your biweekly invoices in the Client Portal. In most cases, you will receive payouts directly from Airbnb, after which we will invoice you twice a month for our services. In cases where the booking is MultiPlatform, and we hold the funds, this will be paid out to you within 30 days of checkout.
